As the MGR, TAIWAN front-end manufacturing PMO SIC, you will play a meaningful role in crafting our world-class engineering team. You will lead with vision, ensuring that our projects are delivered with precision and determination.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate project management activities to ensure timely and successful implementation of our manufacturing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and complete strategic plans.

Monitor project performance strictly and provide regular updates to senior management.

Identify and mitigate risks to compete effectively in the market.

Drive continuous improvement processes to improve operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.

Demonstrated background in managing projects in a manufacturing setting.

Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of delivering successful projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Certification in Project Management (PMP or a comparable qualification).

Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
