1.專科(含)以上，護理相關科系畢業。

2.具有二年以上醫院護理經驗，無廠護經驗可。

3.具有護理師證照，且可配合輪班。

4.具有職業衛生研習資格者。

1.College degree(or above) in Nursing or relative fields.

2.Have at least 2 years working experience of nursing in hospitals, and have no experience of nursing in factory is acceptable.

3.Have nurse license and co-ordinate shifts.

4.Occupational health 52 hours training qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including routine check-ups, emergency care, and health counseling.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine the best course of treatment and ensure flawless execution of health plans.
• Maintain accurate health records and strictly adhere to confidentiality protocols.
• Develop and implement health education programs to promote wellness and prevent illness.
• Monitor and manage workplace health hazards and participate in safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Outstanding clinical skills with a proven ability to successfully implement health interventions.
• Good communication and social skills to effectively interact with employees and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and compete to provide the best care.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication with diverse staff.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational health setting.
• Valid nursing license in Taiwan.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is desirable.
