WET/CMP Process Sustaining Engineerは、24時間Fabを安定させるためのCMPエリア環境の構築において、

生産・品質の問題提起と改善立案・実行を、関連部門と協議のもと進めていく責任を持ちます。

先端DRAM半導体製品における効率改善を進め、ものづくりを推進する役割です。

業務詳細

・安全トレーニングを受講し、マイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する。

・WET/CMPエリア内でのプロセス改善活動をリードする。

・高品質の量産技術の確立に向けて、多角的に活動し改善を進める。

・システムの改善を提案・実行し、生産性を向上させる業務を進める。

・プロセス異常品に対して的確な処置判断を行い、安全かつ迅速にロットをリリースする。

・慢性的な問題に対し、Projectをリードし改善を進める。

・24時間FabをまわせるSustaining teamを構築していく。

要件（全条件を必ずしも満足してなくてもよい。）

・基本的な半導体に関する知識を有する。

・最先端技術に興味を持ち、仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる。

・半導体関係工場にて、エンジニアまたはテクニシャン（T3以上）としての経験を１年以上有する。

・社内･社外問わず、関係部門とコミュニケーションを図る能力を有する。

・日本語でのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う事ができる。

・Microsoft Office（Excel, PowerPoint, Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる。

・データに基づいた問題点抽出や課題の整理を行い、改善を進めることができる。

・物理化学･機械･電気等の基礎知識について、大学卒業以上の知識を有することが望ましい。

・自己管理（業務面、健康面）ができる。

・英語の辞書を用いた読み書きができる（英語を学ぶ意欲がある）。
