As a Recruitment Services Lead will administer the recruitment process, supporting Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain the best talent. This role involves managing a team of people services, developing best in class candidate and new hire onboarding experience, and collaborating with various people functions to meet the company's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop best in class candidate and new hire pre and onboarding experience.
- Manage and lead a team of people services, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and develop the support plan.
- Administer the recruitment process, from job posting, interview scheduling, offer management to onboarding.
- Support the development, definition, tracking, monitoring, and publishing of performance metrics.
- Utilize tools and data to drive process improvements and automation.
- Efficient management of queries and escalations received in a timely and accurate manner with sense of urgency.
- Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements.
- Extends support to the team in problem solving and doing root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment process, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
