Job Description:

As a Cost Management Engineer in Facility, you will be responsible for coordinating with facility Operation and construction stakeholders to summarize and trace related Capital/Expense budget and execution plan for all Facility cost readiness. In this role, you will work with Facilities Teams and Manufacturing sites and Finance also global teams across the network as coordinator. You will utilize available resources to meet company and departmental goals/KPI and solve problems and initiate improvements across functions. Work with other section contact to standardize processes and directions, establish budget request and actual demand follow up by cash flow and schedule control and management.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks Include:

• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) achievementOPEX CAVS
• OPEX / CAPEX saving target
• Capital ManagementOPS/Construction Budget/Funding management and readiness for each cycle Include Major construction project & MOR/ESC/FRI request.
• Major Construction Budget allocation / WBS confirmation.
• Major Construction project SCR/CRI checking.
• OPS/Construction expansion project PR/PO submit and checking.
• Cash Flow update / acceptance management for Capital Execution tracing.
• Capital saving KPI monitor and control.
• Data Maintaining in SAP, FMS, CALM
• Problem resolve and communication with others department and global team.
• Unit price analysis and forecast model establishment.
• Strategy plan and reporting.
• Expense ManagementOPS/Construction Budget Collection and summary for each cycle(A1/B1/C1/D1).
• Budget analysis and review by request submit and material price/usage analysis
• Actual expanse tracing and monitor by acceptance management and actual usage analysis(Utility/RM/Material).
• Unit price analysis.
• Expense Saving KPI monitor and control.
• Unit price analysis and forecast model establishment.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• With more than 3 years of experience in cost management or PM in manufacturing filed is preferred.
• An ability to document and communicate in English.
• An ability to communicate the issues between internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Basic facility domain would be beneficial.
• Familiar with Office application especially in Excel(function / Macro) using is necessary and Project would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of programming would be beneficial (but not essential).
