事業所で働く社員の健康を支えるため、健康管理を担う保健師として、主に社員との健康相談や個別面談を中心とした業務を担当していただきます。
社員数の増加に伴い、日常的に多くの面談対応が発生しており、社員一人ひとりに丁寧かつ安定した対応ができる方を求めています。

日常業務に習熟した後は、本人の適性や経験に応じて、長時間労働者対応、健康診断、ストレスチェック等の健康管理プログラムの運営に段階的に関与していただく可能性があります。

As an occupational health nurse, you will support employees’ health at the worksite, with a primary focus on health consultations and individual interviews.
Due to the growing number of employees, this role involves handling a high volume of interviews, requiring consistent, calm, and thoughtful engagement with individuals.
After gaining sufficient experience in daily operations, the employee may gradually be involved in managing health-related programs such as support for employees working long hours, health examinations, and stress assessments, depending on their aptitude and experience.

• Provide follow-up care and health guidance after regular and special health examinations
• Support employees during medical leave and return-to-work processes, in coordination with related departments
• Collaborate with physicians and human resources staff as necessary
• Manage health-related documentation, records, and administrative tasks

• 英語での読み書きができること（文書・メール対応レベル）
• 業務に必要な基本的なPCスキルを有すること（文書作成、記録管理等）
• 看護師資格または保健師資格を有すること

• Broad medical knowledge and the ability to make balanced, comprehensive judgments
• High ethical standards and integrity when handling sensitive personal and health information
• Ability to read and write in English (for documents and email communication)
