Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve process condition and technology.

• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

• Establish and modify process management projects.

• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

• Evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment / materials.

• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

• 電気・電子工学/化学工学/材料工学で、学士/修士の学位を有すること。

• 半導体/製造業界のプロセスに関わるポジションで最低２年間の経験があること。

• 学ぶこと、成長、自己開発に熱意をもっていること。

• 問題解決スキルと分析スキル。

• 目標達成にコミットし、粘り強く取り組めること。

• 最終目標の実現のために様々な相手と協働できる優れたコミュニケーション能力。

• 時間を管理し複数のタスク能力をこなせる能力。

• 日常会話レベル以上の語学能力 (日本語、英語)

Requirements: (Not all of the following need to be met)

• Bachelor's/Masters’ Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineer/Chemical Engineering/Materials Engineering.

• Have minimum 2 years’ experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry in process related position.

• Passionate in learning, growth, and development.

• Problem solving and analytical skills.

• Commitment and Tenacity to achieve goals.

• Good communication skills to collaborate with various parties to achieve final goal.

• Equipped with time management and multitasking skills

• Fluent in Japanese and English are preferred
