About the Role

Semiconductor Manufacturing Probe Process Equipment Maintenance Staff

業務内容 / Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure stable operation and proper management of equipment
• 装置状態の維持・管理の為、日常点検ならびにメンテナンス作業
• Perform maintenance work in accordance with established procedures and rules, with a strong awareness of operational efficiency
• 業務効率意識を持ち、作業手順およびルールに従って装置のメンテナンス作業に従事
• Support cost improvement initiatives and report daily issues to supervisors, team members, and relevant stakeholders
• コスト改善活動をサポート・日々の問題に関する上司、チームメンバー、関係者への報告
• Understand and regularly update the contents of controlled documents and training materials
• 管理文書・教育資料の内容の熟知とアップデートを実施

必須条件 / Required Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど）基本的なソフトウエアを使用できる
• Must possess Japanese language communication skills
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes
• 基本的な半導体プロセスに関する知識を有する方
• Ability to understand and conduct necessary training
• 必要な教育を理解し実施することができる方
• Capability to identify issues in the work area and collaborate with team members to implement improvements
• エリアの問題点の把握およびその改善を他のメンバーとともに遂行することができる方
• Skills to extract data, organize it according to defined formats, and generate reports
• データを抽出し、決められたデータ整理を行い、レポートできるスキルを有している方

勤務時間 / Work Schedule

Shift work: 4 days on, 4 days off

Cycle: Day shift → Day shift → Night shift → Night shift → 4 days off → Day shift → Day shift → Night shift → Night shift → 4 days off...

Day Shift: 8:00～20:15 (Actual working time: 10 hours 30 minutes, Break time: 105 minutes)

Night Shift: 20:00～翌朝8:15 (Actual working time: 10 hours 15 minutes, Break time: 120 minutes)

Day Shift Schedule

• 8:00～8:15: Start of shift, handover from night shift
• 11:15～12:00 (or 12:15～13:00): Meal break
• 14:15～14:45 (or 15:00～15:30): Break
• 17:00～17:30 (or 17:45～18:15): Break
• 20:00～20:15: Handover to night shift, end of shift

Night Shift Schedule

• 20:00～20:15: Start of shift, handover from day shift
• 22:00～22:30 (or 22:45～23:15): Break
• 0:45～1:45 (or 2:00～3:00): Meal break
• 5:00～5:30 (or 5:45～6:15): Break
• 8:00～8:15: Handover to day shift, end of shift

Hiroshima Factory

• Address: 7-10 Yoshikawa Industrial Park, Higashi-Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture
• Nearest Station: JR Sanyo Main Line Saijo Station
• Commute: Free company shuttle bus available between Saijo Station and Hiroshima Factory
• Smoking Policy: No smoking on factory grounds (designated outdoor smoking area available)

Annual: 181 days

• Paid annual leave: Maximum 22 days per year (prorated if hired mid-year)
