Responsibilities

As a Test Process Engineer at Micron, your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and developing test processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Conducting detailed data analysis to identify and resolve testing issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative testing solutions.
• Monitoring and optimizing test procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Crafting and maintaining detailed documentation of testing processes and results.
• Training and mentoring team members on guidelines and advanced testing techniques.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in test process development and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• A strong dedication to quality and continuous improvement.
