  • 製造工程で発生する不良や異常を分析し、改善策を検討・実施

Job Overview

This role is critical to driving quality improvement and yield enhancement in semiconductor manufacturing. You will leverage data analysis and technical insight to identify root causes of process issues, implement corrective actions, and lead improvement initiatives.

While prior semiconductor experience is not mandatory, a strong analytical mindset and technical aptitude are essential. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and qualify new processes and improvement strategies

  • Prepare detailed reports on defect trends, process performance, and improvement outcomes
