超純水/排水処理エンジニアはプロセス/設備/製造の流れを理解したうえで、安全関連法令、環境関連法令を順守しFacility排水中継設備を含めた純水製造設備ならびに排水処理設備の安定稼働を推進する。また同施設の用水（工業用水･上水・下水）、薬品ならびにメンテナンスコスト削減を積極的に推進することにより継続的に運用コストの削減を図ると共に新ライン構築に向けた水処理システムの計画設計を行う。
さらに関連するリスク低減を図り、災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作る。

【職務内容】
・Facility造排水施設の安定稼働推進
・Facility造排水設備のメンテナンス推進
・純水製造システム、排水処理システムの改善/アップグレード/新規プロジェクトを開始、評価、計画、設計、およびその監督業務
・生産に必要なシステムの能力を管理し、必要に応じて増強を計画
・Facility水処理施設の運用コスト削減
・運用におけるリスク低減、災害・事故撲滅
・将来計画を見据えた新技術動向調査ならびに技術的改善提案ならびに新棟建設に向けた水バランス計画策定ならびに純水・排水の各要求水質に応じたシステムの計画設計

【要件】
・過去に半導体の水処理エンジニアの経験もしくは水処理業界での職務経験がある。
・現象/分析に基づく論理的な問題解決スキルを持っている。
・チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ、連携した業務の遂行が出来る。
・基礎的な化学/機械関連のテクニカルな話題を理解、発表、教育、開発を行う能力がある。
・時間管理、マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている。
・基礎的なMicrosoft Office(Excel/Word/Power point)スキルを有する。
・社内外のステークホルダーと会話できる日本語能力
・英語による基礎的なコミュニケーションに対して抵抗がない(高校卒業程度)、もしくは学ぶ意向がある。
