Job Summary

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented utility technician to install, maintain and repair compressor, Dryer, cooling-tower, pumps, acid-scrubber, exhaust systems. You will guide and advise the vendor to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill the company requirements. You will be responsible for utility equipment’s system from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs.

In this role, you will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, corrective work, inspections, and coordination of work activities performed by contractors. Other responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Operation & Maintenance of Utility department & Statutory Compliance of process equipment in areas of responsibility
• Support Plant for mechanical scope of Projects in area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning of process equipment like Cooling-tower, Compressor, dryer, pumps, heat exchangers, Fire-pumps, sprinklers systems, general and process exhaust fans, STP, WTP, ETP Systems etc.,
• Fulfil documentation requirements, MIS, and reports of daily Utility consumption and compliance, reliability.
• Ensure EHS compliance as per company guidelines.
• Ensure Change Management, Contract Safety and improve SHE performance.
• Prepare and maintain History cards, work permits, checklists, and log sheets.
• Manage Critical spare part and consumable inventory /acceptance and issue.
• Preparing risk treatment regardless of the type of work
• Monthly Updating of PM activity in soft copy and maintaining it for reference

Education and Experience:

• Required: 5 years manufacturing industries or semiconductor experience with 3 years of maintenance experience.

Physical Requirements:

Moderate work: occasionally working in difficult position and/or with physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving materials from 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving materials greater than 50 pounds.
