You will be part of a global team that supports OEM and Retail FG operations worldwide using SAP, by participate in troubleshooting, enhancements and projects to drive and meet business needs.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• On Call Support : Monitor, Analse and Resolve SAP issues reported by worldwide FG users with agreed response timing. And escalate to IT for the urgent and more complex issues and working with IT and users to drive for resolution with root cause analysis
• Project Management : Lead or participate in key projects driven by FG management or with cross functional teams. Including gathering user requirements and understanding processes, and providing advice.
• SAP Process Improvement/Enhancements: Work as liaison between FG process leaders and IT on SAP system enhancements. This includes gathering User requirements and providing support on feasibility study, case ranking.  Providing best course of action to improve business functions and needs.
• Perform Testing : As part of project or enhancement work, the SAP business analyst is required to work with IT to perform System Testing, and perform User Acceptance testing (UAT) or coordinating users to perform UAT with proper recording of results
• User Training and Support: Providing effective training and support to end-users to ensure they can use the system efficiently can be challenging, especially when dealing with a large number of users
• Configuration Support: Own and be responsible for support of the SAP meta-data and configuration tables related to Finished Goods.
• Reporting Solutions: Provide reporting solutions and analytics for WW Finished Goods operations.
• Analysis of data to identify areas of improvements using system automation or AI tools.
• Documentation : Participate in process/system designs,  and Document system logic, transaction code functionalities, and local business processes.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge on processes, Order to Cash process, Material Master data, shipping documents, order types, STO specifically in the area of FG and Logistics
• Experience in managing SAP Config tables
• Basic knowledge in debugging, ABAP data base tables.
• Experience in implementing S4 Hana SRM/EWM will be an added advantage
• Good Visio or flow chart skills to support process design.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Operations or related field

• 2-8 years of relevant experience working on SAP. Remuneration will be pegged to experience!

• There may be occasional opportunities to provide standby support as needed, particularly during WW Distribution operations and project rollouts.

• This role requires candidates to be present on site

Location:

• MMP Penang, but may be required to station at vendor’s location to support and roll out SAP enhancements and projects
