我々オペレーションファイナンスでは、工場における予算編成/原価計算管理/実績分析などを行っています。最新テクノロジーを駆使した半導体業界の先駆者となるために、目まぐるしい変化の中で、①高効率、高回転で予算編成を運営すること、②予算に基づいた実績分析、及び現業区へのフィードバックなどが求められます。またMicron海外拠点（アメリカ/シンガポール/台湾）への定期的なレポート、コミュニケーションの機会があります。今回、広島工場にてFinancial Analystを募集いたします。

○業務詳細

毎四半期毎の予算編成。 毎月の実績分析（対前月実績、対予算）及び各部へのフィードバック その他、担当各部門への経理観点からのサポート。

下記職種の中から、経験、将来のキャリアプラン等を考慮し決定させていただきます。

• 各部門と連携してコストの予算編成、実績管理、予測を行う
• 設備投資・減価償却計画と実績分析
• 生産計画と実績がコストに与える影響の分析
• 研究開発費の予算編成と実績管理

○応募資格

【必須】

• 簿記基礎知識有り、又は経理実務経験者(第二新卒も可)

• 優れた日本語コミュニケーション能力

• 初中級程度の英語力

【尚可】

• コンサルティングファーム、会計事務所/税理士事務所 勤務経験者

• 簿記2級 資格保有者

• 学歴 高専 大学 大学院

In our Operations Finance department, we are responsible for budget preparation, cost accounting management, and performance analysis at the factory. In order to be a pioneer in the semiconductor industry utilizing the latest technology, in the midst of rapid change, we are required to 1) manage budget preparation with high efficiency and high turnover, 2) analyze performance based on the budget and provide feedback to the field. There will also be opportunities to report regularly to and communicate with Micron's overseas (USA/Singapore/Taiwan). We are currently recruiting a Financial Analyst for our Hiroshima factory.

○Responsibilities

Quarterly budget planning.

Monthly performance analysis (compared to the previous month’s performance and budget) and feedback to each department.

Other support from an accounting perspective for the responsible departments.

Below areas can be considered for experience, future career plan, etc.

• Collaboration with each department to plan budgets, manage performance, and forecast costs
• Equipment investment and depreciation planning, along with performance analysis
• Analyzing the impact of production plans and performance on costs
• Budget planning and performance management for research and development expenses

○Qualifications

【Required】

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or experience in accounting (semi-recent college graduates are welcome)

• Excellent Japanese language communication skills

• Beginner-intermediate-level English proficiency

【Nice to have】

• Experience working at a consulting firm, accounting firm, or as a certified public accountant

• Second-level bookkeeping certification

• Educational background from technical colleges, universities, or graduate schools
