Job Description:

Location : Haguenau

Segment : Mars Wrigley

Type of contract : Permanent

Join the world’s leading chocolate manufacturer and become a pivotal part of the MMS.com journey, our customizable M&M’S business. As a Finance Business Partner, you won’t just report numbers, you’ll shape the narrative. Your role? Enable bold decisions through robust financial planning, elevate our S&OP with a long-term lens, and act as a strategic co-pilot across the business. You'll be the go-to partner for cross-functional teams in Europe, working hand-in-hand with commercial, supply, and digital teams to fuel our growth in a highly dynamic environment.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA with a financial focus

  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in forecasting, business partnering, and influencing strategic decisions, ideally within FMCG or digital business environments.

  • You master accounting principles and speak both the language of numbers and strategic impact.

  • You thrive on data, advanced analytical skills and Excel expertise allow you to translate complexity into clarity.

  • You prioritize like a pro, navigating ambiguity and zooming in on what drives real value.

  • You collaborate across silos, influence without authority, and enjoy being a connector within the business.

  • You’re fluent in both French and English.

  • You’ve worked in SAP or digital ecosystems? That’s a serious bonus.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Own the Segment Operating Plan: Lead the annual financial planning cycle - set the rhythm, orchestrate inputs, align stakeholders, and deliver accurate, timely submissions that drive the business forward.

  • Shape the Financial Strategy: Guide market financial forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reviews. Go beyond reporting - challenge, advise, and drive clarity on what matters most.

  • Deliver Insightful Reporting: Craft financial reports that tell a story - bringing insights to life and supporting data-driven decisions at all levels.

  • Advise Senior Leaders: Provide independent and strategic viewpoints on P&L and cash flow risks and opportunities - helping Mars navigate smart, bold decisions.

  • Own Global Storytelling: Be the finance voice for your segment - prepare and present global updates, distill complexity into compelling insights, and foster alignment across markets.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • At Mars, we believe in a relationship of mutual trust, dignity and respect between our company and Associates that is more meaningful than the standard employer/employee relationship.

  • As Associates, we can expect to be respected, supported and valued as individuals, to be treated fairly and equitably.

  • You will join the most iconic segment of Mars and the world's largest chocolate manufacturer, which includes M&Ms, Snickers, Twix, Maltesers, Freedent, Airways and Be-Kind cereal bars

  • You will join the 1750 Mars Wrigley Associates spread over the 3 sites in Alsace

  • In Haguenau, you will work on the site of the largest M&M's factory in Europe and the second largest in the world

  • In Haguenau, you will work on a unique site, in the heart of the Haguenau forest, with the bonus of a co-working space shared with the Mars Global Services teams, ideal for creating great synergies!
