As a Finance Business Partner, you won’t just report numbers, you’ll shape the narrative. Your role? Enable bold decisions through robust financial planning, elevate our S&OP with a long-term lens, and act as a strategic co-pilot across the business. You'll be the go-to partner for cross-functional teams in Europe, working hand-in-hand with commercial, supply, and digital teams to fuel our growth in a highly dynamic environment.
What are we looking for?

You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA with a financial focus
-
You bring at least 4 years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in forecasting, business partnering, and influencing strategic decisions, ideally within FMCG or digital business environments.

You master accounting principles and speak both the language of numbers and strategic impact.

You thrive on data, advanced analytical skills and Excel expertise allow you to translate complexity into clarity.

You prioritize like a pro, navigating ambiguity and zooming in on what drives real value.

You collaborate across silos, influence without authority, and enjoy being a connector within the business.

You’re fluent in both French and English.

You’ve worked in SAP or digital ecosystems? That’s a serious bonus.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Own the Segment Operating Plan: Lead the annual financial planning cycle - set the rhythm, orchestrate inputs, align stakeholders, and deliver accurate, timely submissions that drive the business forward.

Shape the Financial Strategy: Guide market financial forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reviews. Go beyond reporting - challenge, advise, and drive clarity on what matters most.

Deliver Insightful Reporting: Craft financial reports that tell a story - bringing insights to life and supporting data-driven decisions at all levels.

Advise Senior Leaders: Provide independent and strategic viewpoints on P&L and cash flow risks and opportunities - helping Mars navigate smart, bold decisions.

Own Global Storytelling: Be the finance voice for your segment - prepare and present global updates, distill complexity into compelling insights, and foster alignment across markets.

In Haguenau, you will work on a unique site, in the heart of the Haguenau forest, with the bonus of a co-working space shared with the Mars Global Services teams, ideal for creating great synergies!
