What You Will Do｜工作內容摘要

Depending on role alignment, responsibilities may include:

• Support and improve HBM manufacturing, assembly, test, automation, or facility systems 支援並優化 HBM 製造、封裝、測試、自動化或廠務系統
• Drive improvement in quality, yield, cost, cycle time, equipment or utility reliability 推動品質、良率、成本、交期、設備或公用系統穩定度之改善
• Support new product introduction (NPI), qualification, and production ramp 支援新產品導入（NPI）、製程／系統驗證及量產爬坡
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IE, Facilities, and Global teams 和製造、工程、品質、IE、廠務及全球團隊跨部門合作
• Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence initiatives 參與持續改善、工安／EHS 及營運卓越相關專案
• For supervisory roles, manage shift operations, staffing, safety, and daily execution 負責輪班管理、人力配置、工安與每日營運執行
