Job description:

1.Coordinate with IE/PE/Planner/EE/MFG to arrange machine allocation to hit weekly / monthly shipping target.

2.Capacity estimation base on weekly demand, Cycle time and UPD in tactical horizon.

3.Tool conversion plan to support order requirement as well as high Utilization% performance

4.Daily scheduling setup and pass down to shifting scheduler to execute and monitor

5.Work with OI team to develop auto report / tool for the scheduling(machine/lot tracking).

6.CIP lead to improve scheduling system.

7.Weekly preview the scheduling plan across whole process and provide support needed from EE/PE/MFG.

8.Weekly review actual Lot compliance rate, Machine Util% and order fulfillment and improvement plan.

• Available on day/night shift switch

• Soft skill like (EXCEL, Power BI, SQL.. etc) is preferred
