Join Micron's innovative and ambitious team in Taiwan. You will play a crucial role in driving excellence in the F16 Production Photo department. As the Manager, F16 HVM Production Photo, you will lead a world-class engineering team, mentor future leaders, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the production team to ensure the magnificent execution of production MXT targets.
• Develop and implement training programs that improve team skills and enable virtual clustered operations.
• Identify and successfully implement new methods and process optimizations to drive efficiency.
• Coordinate NPI ramping and improve equipment utilization.
• Handle Work In Progress (WIP) management across OMT(TY/TC) to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Facilitate seamless communication and issue handover between shifts to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate effectively with Management, Planning, and Engineering teams to resolve daily production issues.
• Mentor operators and support their career development through targeted training and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and safe working environment that encourages dedication and ownership.
• Establish a culture of learning and sharing best-known methods to streamline processes and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the production/planner manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive and driven spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and stress resistance.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in training and team management.
• Background in operational efficiency optimization and NPI ramping.
• Familiarity with SMAI and collaborating with PEE/EE/ADT teams.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
