About the role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to represent our company in a designated area/region. In this role, you will independently plan, develop, and implement a tailored action plan in line with our marketing and sales guidelines, while consistently upholding our company’s high quality and ethical standards.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant decision-makers, drive product use through strategic customer engagement, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Regional Representation and Customer Engagement

  • Represent the company professionally within the assigned territory/region
  • Develop personalized, detailed action plans for key opinion leaders and relevant decision-makers, including activities and expected outcomes
  • Visit physicians according to the action plan to maintain and increase the use of the company’s products
  • Plan and coordinate roundtable discussions, group meetings, local symposia, professional exhibitions, and other targeted events
  • Communicate the approved product risk/benefit profile accurately, with special attention to contraindications, side effects, pack size, and dosage, using company-approved information only

Sales Target Delivery

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, including value and market share objectives
  • Implement marketing plans in alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Identify the resources required and define applicable sales targets to achieve business goals
  • Maintain a structured list of target audiences by region

Continuous Learning and Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through regular company training and self-learning
  • Stay informed about the managed portfolio and covered indications
  • Understand therapeutic guidelines and clinical practices relevant to the assigned therapeutic//preventive areas
  • Follow local and company compliance regulations, including all roles and responsibilities related to the function
  • Participate actively in required trainings, marketing meetings, sales meetings, cycle meetings, region meetings, and other business forums
  • Keep current on company approval and administration processes, internal policies, and procedures
  • Share and report market information appropriately, in line with company ethical standards, internal policies, and applicable local regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in life sciences or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector
  • Experience in vaccines is required
  • Strong sales capabilities with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented approach
  • Basic IT knowledge, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales tools
