Key Account Manager at Chobani

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the strategy and execution of key accounts within the modern trade channel (Chedraui and La Comer), driving profitable growth, strong in-store execution, and long-term client relationships.

This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial relationships with key accounts (Chedraui and La Comer)
• Define and execute commercial strategies to drive profitable growth
• Build and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers
• Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, promotions, assortment, shelf space)
• Monitor key business KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, rotation, fill rate
• Ensure strong in-store execution (visibility, promotions, availability)
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance)
• Identify growth opportunities by region, format, and category
• Track business performance and propose data-driven actions

What we’re looking for

• Experience in FMCG / consumer goods
• Proven experience managing modern trade accounts (ideally Chedraui, La Comer or similar)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, DOH, fill rate, margin)
• Experience building and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Results-oriented mindset with strong execution focus
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Nice to have!

• Experience managing multiple categories or portfolios
• Exposure to CPFR / demand planning
• Experience working cross-functionally

The salary range for this full-time position is $681,754.00 - $1,071,328.50, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
