About the role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the strategy and execution of key accounts within the modern trade channel (Chedraui and La Comer), driving profitable growth, strong in-store execution, and long-term client relationships.
This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial relationships with key accounts (Chedraui and La Comer)
- Define and execute commercial strategies to drive profitable growth
- Build and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers
- Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, promotions, assortment, shelf space)
- Monitor key business KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, rotation, fill rate
- Ensure strong in-store execution (visibility, promotions, availability)
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance)
- Identify growth opportunities by region, format, and category
- Track business performance and propose data-driven actions
What we’re looking for
- Experience in FMCG / consumer goods
- Proven experience managing modern trade accounts (ideally Chedraui, La Comer or similar)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, DOH, fill rate, margin)
- Experience building and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong execution focus
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Nice to have!
- Experience managing multiple categories or portfolios
- Exposure to CPFR / demand planning
- Experience working cross-functionally

The salary range for this full-time position is $681,754.00 - $1,071,328.50, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Chobani provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, disability insurance, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement. To help save for the future, all employees are eligible for a 401k match of 100% on up to 5% of eligible pay. To support growing families, we provide fertility and childcare assistance, and 12 weeks of parental leave at full pay after six months of continuous employment.
