Role Overview

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application capabilities for the IRIS platform to support new product launches in the Bio Pharma domain. Requires strong expertise in database architecture, business logic, automation, UI development, testing, and full SDLC documentation and stakeholders' engagement.

What will you do in this role

• Design and develop IRIS application components, including database structures, business logic, and UI features.
• Build and optimize data workflows, integrations, and automations.
• Create robust database models, queries, and performance‑tuned procedures.
• Execute unit, integration, and functional testing, support automated test development.
• Produce SDLC-aligned documentation (design specs, test scripts, release notes).
• Engage stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements; translate needs into technical designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (business, QA, data, product teams) to refine requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support production releases.

What should you have

• 10+ years of experience in application or data-driven solution development.
• Strong skills in database architecture, SQL, business logic development, and UI frameworks.
• Experience with automation, integration workflows, and testing practices.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, documentation standards, and regulated environments (preferred Bio Pharma/GxP).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
