カーディアックサージェリーは、心臓外科領域において患者様の治療に使われる医療機器を提供しています。心臓外科領域の幅広い疾患をカバーし、主に心臓弁膜症治療のデバイスである人工弁・人口弁輪や、虚血性心疾患の外科的治療（CABG）に用いるデバイス、また体外循環・手術中の血液管理のデバイス等を提供しています。

業務内容

医療従事者に対し当社が扱う製品のマーケティング活動を行っていただきます。業務内容には以下が含まれます。

• 営業部、他のマーケティング担当及び米国本社マーケティング担当と協力し、製品のマーケティング戦略を立案し、担当製品の販売活動をサポートする
• 担当製品のプロモーション・価格・ディストリビューション・在庫戦略の立案・実行のため、関係各部署と協力する
• 売上、顧客データを分析し、レポート作成をする
• 製品の安全使用・販売促進のため、必要に応じて国内外学会や顧客イベント等で製品プロモーションや顧客トレーニング活動を企画、実施する
• 営業部の販売活動、製品プロモーションをサポートするために、必要なマーケティング資材の作成を行い、営業部による顧客イベント等の企画、実施をマーケティングの立場からサポートするとともに、コンプライアンス遵守のための必要な措置を取る
• 薬事部及び米国本社マーケティング担当及びその他関係各部署と密に連携を取り、担当製品領域の製品ポートフォリオ戦略、新製品の国内導入戦略の立案・実行、及び製品ライフサイクルを管理する
• 医療従事者向けの製品説明会及びトレーニングを実施する
• メドトロニック社員に対する製品・治療トレーニングをサポートする
• 担当製品に関して社内の様々な部門の関係者とのリエゾンの役割を果たし、各部門に対して必要なサポートを提供する

必須要件（Must Haves）

Job Experience

• 3年間の医療機器・医薬品のマーケティング経験、もしくはそれ相当の経験

• 優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 複数の案件を同時にこなし、期日を守ることができる優れたタイムマネージメント能力
• 複数の利害関係者との関係を調整し、目的を遂行することができるプロジェクト管理能力

• 医療従事者及び社内外の関係者に対して影響を与え、良好な関係を築くことができる
• 自ら率先して新しい分野に挑み、創意工夫し問題を解決する能力
• 売上データ、顧客データ等を様々なデータベースやリソースから収集し、膨大なデータの加工、分析を行う事ができる
• 優れたデータ解析力、分析力を持ち、タイムリーに意思決定することができる。市場情報など様々な情報を理解・統合し、ベーシックな財務モデルを作成し、意思決定に活用することができる
• 新しい知識を積極的に習得し、継続的な知識・スキル向上に率先して勤める態度
• 英語:英文論文・文献を理解できる。また海外社内関係者及び顧客との適切なビジネスコミュニケーションを行う事ができる
• 医療従事者に対して治療及び製品を論理的に説明・プレゼンすることができる。またそのために必要なプレゼンテーション資料を作成する

Education

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）
• 修士, MBA（尚可）

• 心臓外科領域あるいは循環器領域の経験
• 弁膜症治療領域あるいはカテーテル治療領域での経験
• 高い臨床知識や専門知識が要求される領域での営業・マーケティングの経験

• マトリックス組織におけるプロジェクトマネージメントやチームリーダーとしての経験
• 新規市場開拓や市場分析業務の経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 心臓血管の解剖、生理、病理に対する理解
• 心臓血管外科治療に対する理解
• 医療機器あるいは医薬品の営業あるいはマーケティング、市場分析、新製品導入、製品ポートフォリオ管理、新市場啓蒙・開拓の経験
• 循環器領域製品の営業あるいはマーケティングの経験
• 医療機器製品あるいは医薬品の教育・トレーニングの経験
• 手術立会い経験
• 医療機器あるいは医薬品治験の経験
• 心臓血管外科領域での経験
• 医療行政制度、薬事法制、病院経営、国内医療機器流通についての理解
• 英語による海外事業拠点、生産拠点とのコミュニケーション、事業、あるいはプロジェクトの経験

勤務形態（Working Style）

• リモート勤務
• 社内打ち合わせや作業のために必要に応じて品川オフィスへ出社（月２～３回程度）
• 全国の顧客に対するマーケティング活動のための頻繁なビジネストラベル（25％以上の時間）
• 顧客イベント及び学会対応のため休日勤務を行うことがある
