A Day in the Life
Main Responsibilities
Are you ready to play a key role to help patients live a fuller life in the medical technology field? Are you driven by results? Then the international Pelvic Health team may be the place for you. As a Sales & Marketing manager for our Pelvic Health business, you will be responsible for building and executing the market strategy, tactics, programs for our target therapeutic areas, OAB and FI. Your responsibilities include the following:

Manages three marketing and sales representatives and dealers, driving Pelvic Health businesses in Japan

Leads sales and market development effort in high potential accounts and ensure strong pull-though with team

Support cases in the OR when team is at full capacity

Plans, directs, and monitors the marketing and sales activities to achieve the sales targets.

Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts.

Manages the day-to-day activities of the team in order to implement the organization's overall strategy

Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs.

Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase therapy penetration

Assesses need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements strategies.

Coaches sales & marketing representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
Job Experience:
· Track record of driving results in the sales or marketing of medical device industry
· Demonstrated achievement of business goals.
· Sales orientation or exposure to working with international team
· Proven track record managing turnarounds and building winning sales team
· Proven technical skills in supporting cases is preferred
Skill/ Knowledge:
· Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills
· Leadership and team management skills needed for leading team under complicated/ challenge situation
· Effective communication skills (internal and external)
· Strong project management skills, organized and detailed oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities with short timelines.
Competency:
· Demonstrated strong discipline in execution; driven by exceeding results.
· Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians, and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and eager to grow the business in a fast-paced environment
Education/ Language:
· Bachelor Degree/Master Degree/MBA or equivalent
· Fluent in verbal and written English
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales or marketing for products in preferred urology or gastroenterology markets
· Experience managing large projects or processes that achieve outcomes for strategic organizational initiatives
· Ability to build rapport and credibility with customers, sales, and internal partners
· Self-motivation and autonomy, taking ownership of the work without prompting to drive productivity and results
