What you'll be doing:

Work with Solution Architect and Developer Relations to understand customer's workload and increase our software usage.

Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets within the target customers.

Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators, including top-tier global OEMs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives and ensure flawless execution of all sales processes.

Analyze market trends to determine competitive strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Make eco systems and partners relation for better coverage and implement business idea.
What we need to see:
-
A Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or OEM sectors.
-
Strong understanding of the Japanese market and cultural nuances.
-
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Japanese.
-
The ability to work strictly under pressure, adapt to a dynamic environment, and deliver world-class results.
