About the Role

The Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Principal Supply Chain Project Analyst. This role is focused on leading and delivering large, moderately complex supply chain projects from design through implementation, applying advanced analytical expertise to solve undefined business problems and drive process, system, and operational improvements. The successful candidate will manage projects with a high degree of autonomy, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, influence decision-making, and provide guidance and coaching to junior team members while contributing to strategic supply chain initiatives.

The role is hybrid, with a willingness to extensive travel (60–70%) to client locations across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Conduct strategic supply chain analysis to drive continuous improvement and business optimization
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain models, strategies, and processes
  • Coordinate and integrate material and information flows across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers
  • Manage sourcing, ordering, and delivery of competitively priced raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Lead demand planning, volume forecasting, and master scheduling activities

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred, with 7+ years of relevant experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree), ideally in top-tier consulting or complex corporate environments
  • Deep expertise in a specialty area (e.g., data analytics, supply chain, operations, or business transformation) with strong knowledge of industry practices
  • Proven ability to lead large or moderately complex projects independently, including defining deliverables and managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced analysis, data reconciliation, and translating insights into business impact
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders; fluency in Arabic and English required
  • Demonstrated leadership and people development experience, including coaching, mentoring, and delegation within project or functional teams
