Where you build our medical instruments, colleagues rely on you because you know where the risks and bottlenecks lie and take immediate action when necessary.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Produce and assemble surgical instruments
• Setting up, and monitoring production equipment
• Resolving minor malfunctions, and operating the production equipment
• Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations
• Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Relevant education (preferably MBO level 2-3) in the field of process operator, (precision) instrument maker or similar
• Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics
• Proficiency in Dutch (English preferred)
• Tech savvy, affinity for ICT

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
