Title and Summary

Operations Billing Analyst:

The Billing Analyst supports manual billing operations across the Identity business, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness in both internal and external billing communications. This role also drives process improvements and reporting automation to reduce manual interventions and enhance operational efficiency.
Role
Manage manual billing processes across the Identity business, including corrections and adjustments.
Provide billing support to internal stakeholders to resolve account and invoice issues, including contract review and billing summaries as necessary
Support reconciliation of billing data across systems to ensure consistency and compliance.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work using Identity's suite of tools, and document ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

Preferred BA or equivalent:

2+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or revenue operations-preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
Familiarity with manual billing workflows and correction processes.
Experience supporting internal stakeholders and external customers with billing-related inquiries.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
