Overview:
The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC), Strategy, Data & Insights team is built upon strong contributors with leadership abilities, consulting mindsets, and strong project management skills. The group acts as an internal consultant supporting the Shared Services Organization, which today supports four primary verticals: Finance, People & Capability, Sales & Marketing, and Legal, Franchise & Integrity.
We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Business Analysis to join our team. The Manager, Business Analysis plays a critical role in building and scaling an insights- driven organization. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, and storytelling—translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and drive measurable business outcomes. The Manager will lead a team of business analysts focused on insight development, narrative construction, and decision enablement, moving the organization beyond reporting toward proactive, strategic storytelling. Role
Responsibilities and tasks for the Manager, Business Analysis:

Lead and develop teams through formal supervision, coaching, performance management, and resource planning to ensure effective delivery and professional growth

Drive efficiency and continuous improvement by tracking initiative success, refining processes, and implementing new methods and analytical approaches

Partner with stakeholders to define business needs and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making and strategy
-
Design and deliver high-impact analyses, dashboards, reports, and ad hoc insights using quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data sources
-
Apply advanced analytics techniques—including data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive methods—to translate complex data into actionable recommendations

Lead complex initiatives and manage escalations, providing guidance on highly complex analytical and business challenges

Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve team productivity.

All About You
-
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business Administration.

Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Data is desired.
-
Advanced knowledge of R, Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

Prior experience as a People Leader of analytical teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.

Prior experience in Analytics or BI roles analyzing large sets of data and communicating key results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
