Overview:
The Director, Enterprise Value Quantification (MVQ Program Execution & Enablement) is the product leader for Mastercard’s enterprise value quantification capability. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Value Quantification, this role owns the MVQ roadmap and operating model, translating strategy into prioritized delivery and ensuring MVQ runs as a single, coherent program across the enterprise. Working with Product, Sales, Pricing, Customer Success, Finance, Technology, and Regions, the Director embeds quantified value into how Mastercard designs, prices, sells, and delivers solutions—driving adoption and measurable impact at scale.
Role / Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management & Roadmap Ownership
- Act as Product Manager for MVQ, owning the roadmap across platform features, value models, personas, integrations, and enablement assets.
- Translate strategy into prioritized execution, balancing needs across business units.
- Run structured intake and prioritization; manage trade-offs and sequence delivery across enhancements, analytics, and GTM enablement.
- Maintain a transparent backlog and roadmap, communicating priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
- Program Execution & Operating Rhythm
- Orchestrate day-to-day execution across workstreams to deliver on time and with quality.
- Establish an operating cadence (planning, reviews, steering updates) to manage progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Enforce enterprise standards and governance so MVQ operates as one program.
- Platform, Data & Analytics Leadership
- Evolve the MVQ platform and analytics to integrate new data sources, models, and methodologies.
- Apply product rigor to requirements, prioritization, and usability to ensure scalable, consistent outputs.
- Uphold data quality and analytical integrity so insights are credible for executives and customers.
- Enterprise Enablement, Adoption & Impact
- Drive adoption by embedding MVQ into pricing, sales, product, and customer success workflows.
- Partner with GTM and regional teams to use MVQ in proposals, deal reviews, renewals, and optimization.
- Define and track impact (adoption, usage, commercial influence) and use insights to refine the roadmap.
- Champion a value-first culture by sharing best practices and success stories.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication
- Connect Product, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Technology, and Regions to drive alignment and execution.
- Provide executive-ready updates on roadmap progress, adoption, and impact in clear business terms.
- People Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing MVQ team.
- Set clear objectives; coach and mentor; foster an inclusive, collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Build product management and execution excellence; develop future leaders and domain experts.
- Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years leading large-scale cross-functional programs/products in complex, matrixed organizations (payments/financial services/technology/consulting preferred).
- Strong product management: roadmap ownership, prioritization, stakeholder intake, and delivery at scale.
- Analytical and financial acumen, including ROI/value modeling and business case development.
- Experience with value-based selling, pricing, or customer value management preferred.
- Exceptional communication and influence; ability to lead without authority and engage senior executives.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and change for enterprise platforms/capabilities.
- Experience leading managers and senior ICs; strong coaching and talent development.
