Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Marketing
The B2B Product Marketing Specialist will be an important asset and business driver for Mastercard, supporting a number of Issuers and Industry Partners to develop marketing campaigns and strategies focused on driving acquisition/retention/activation/usage on their current portfolios for Mastercard´s Core and Commercial Products.

Connect product capabilities, customer needs, and go to market execution across functions to drive adoption, sales effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
Connect the dots across Product, Sales, IMC, and Markets—translating customer needs and product capabilities into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and effective go to market execution that drives adoption, sales confidence, and growth.
Capabilities:

Cross Functional Orchestration
Act as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, IMC, Research, and Markets—aligning priorities from strategy through go to market and scale. -
Insight Translation & Customer Truth Framing
Partner with Research and Insights teams to translate data, trends, and analysis into clear customer truths, buyer journeys, and market relevant narratives. -
Positioning & Value Narratives
Turn complex capabilities into simple, human, emotionally resonant stories that clearly articulate why it matters and why Mastercard. -
Experience Led Go to Market
Design go to market approaches that bring products to life through experiences—sales motions, demos, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand moments. -
Sales Enablement with Confidence & Connection
Equip Sales with narratives, demos, and enablement that make them confident and conversant—supporting meaningful, credible customer conversations. -
Scale Through Platforms and AI
Leverage global platforms and Centers of Excellence (Creative Studio, RFP Factory, Products and Sales Center, Marketing Center), automation & AI to reduce manual dependency and free teams to focus on creativity, experience design, and impact.
