What we're looking for:
The Mastercard Data & Services Global Product team is seeking a Program Manager to support the evolution and enhancement of Mastercard's Premium thought leadership offerings in Latin America. This role is a program management role and will be part of the Digital Safari Global Product Team within Mastercard Data and Services.
The Digital Safari Program.
The Digital Safari program is a premium global thought leadership program. It provides real insight and foresight across key topics like digital transformation, agentic commerce, leadership, cybersecurity, AI, digital assets, strategic management in banking and so much more. It's proven to help attendees gain a better understanding of new technologies, innovation strategies and methodologies. It de-risks strategic thinking and it encourages the development of innovative solutions and new ways of working. It's audience is typical C-suite executives from the banking and payments industries.
The Safari program is run across multiple locations including Dublin, San Francisco, New York, Stockholm, Milan, Paris, London, Singapore and Hong Kong.. and it’s also delivered virtually via a highly engaging digital platform. Its speakers include leading academics from prestigious Universities like INSEAD, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Columbia, London School of Economics, Stockholm School of Economics. Other subject matter experts are drawn from industry, fintech, research houses, consultants, innovation labs and the investment community.
The program has grown impressively over the past 4 years and we are currently looking for a strong thought leadership program manager that can help the program to scale further across Latin America. This is a great opportunity to be an important part of a high-growth, diverse, agile and innovative team.

The Role

Be a learning and innovation manager for Mastercard in LAC and be a source of inspiration and insight for colleagues in other regions.

Help shape the evolution of thought leadership propositions , by enhancing current thought leadership programs and designing new propositions that (eg: masterclasses, workshops, executive coaching, round-tables etc..) that are aligned with regional needs.

Through quality research, gain insight into how Mastercard's key customer segments are currently engaging with thought leadership. What schools, platforms, subjects and delivery channels are preferred?

Armed with an understanding of customer needs and delivery preferences, look to leverage Mastercard's existing portfolio of learning and innovation assets as well as design new offerings to fill whatever gaps exist in the current portfolio.

Design thought leadership bundles by combining these assets to meet specific customer or market needs.

Design propositions with clearly defined personas in mind (early career, mid-management and senior executives).

Develop relationships with existing and potential partners (Universities, Consultants, Subject Matter Experts) and develop and maintain a repository of credible, high quality speakers and their areas of expertise

Develop a repository of insightful and engaging experiences, such as visits to innovation labs, corporate visits, accelerators and other inspiring and insightful engagements

Work across the Mastercard organisation to identify subject matter experts and to seek referrals for other high quality speakers.

Design thought leadership programs/experiences including: the development of the program theme, the identification and evaluation of speakers (both internal and external) and the creation of a narrative around the program that will resonate with Mastercard customers.

Host programs and take a pro-active, engaging approach to ensure that each session and the program as a whole is of great value to our customers and acts as a catalyst for follow-on engagement.

Work with Digital Labs to build out an infrastructure layer (speakers, event agencies, university partners…) to support the design of Innovation Trips across the region.

Cross sell and support the design and delivery of other BMI products such as virtual speaker series, Start Path engagements

Work closely with the Regional Product leads to support business development opportunities (as the product specialist).

Work closely with legal, compliance and the finance functions to ensure program and activity compliance at all times.

Work with the Safari and Digital Labs operations teams to ensure that processes are robust and scalable.

Host programs and take a pro-active, engaging approach to ensure that each session and the program as a whole is of great value to our customers and acts as a catalyst for follow-on engagement.
