Title and Summary
Manager, Consumer Marketing, SEA
The SEA Consumer Marketing team is responsible for :
- Developing and communicating compelling consumer value propositions to drive emotional and functional differentiation for key segments
- Building and fulfilling our brand promise through the development and delivery of global / regional marketing programs
- Developing and executing strategies to engage consumers, with a heavy focus on social / digital, in order to drive business results
The role of Manager Marketing, SEA will focus on :

Executes marketing strategies, activities, and events (includes advertising, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, websites) by helping to plan agendas, determining logistical requirements, etc.

Supports development of creative content for application in marketing strategies, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise, using established parameters
-
Tracks budget for marketing programs, and raises awareness when programs are not on track against budget

Analyzes campaign performance using specified measures and evaluation metrics
-
Actively participates in customer meetings / RFPs requiring marketing solutions
-
Leads agency relationships – creative, media, PR, Comms, Events

Manages Mastercard platforms – websites, campaign landing pages and priceless
-
Leverages sponsorship assets to drive value with customers and cardholders. Executes campaigns
-
Responsible for driving adherence to compliance in conjunction with Mastercard’s sponsorship assets.

– Proven track record of planning, developing, launching and optimizing digital and social media plans
– Proven track record with expert knowledge and experience with search engine marketing/optimization, social media platforms and user behavior/nuances, content marketing, mobile advertising and marketing, and audience buying through programmatic open exchanges and private marketplace. -
Ability to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources and act on findings
– Strong Presentation skills, including the ability to lead discussions that will result in effective, cutting edge marketing plans
– Proven track record in managing multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment -
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to execute on goals
– Has personally managed and executed large-scale marketing and media programs by going beyond conventional executions and delivering best in class plans across multiple -
Experience working on projects that require collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated comfort conducting various analyses and choosing best program to utilize, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, SPSS

Demonstrated ability to standardize collected data and draw out preliminary insights
-
Experience developing presentations by creating content and articulating a story with a clear point of view
