The Product Specialist will be part of the Core Consumer Products team, responsible for managing Mastercard’s Mass and Affluent credit card product portfolio. This role plays a key part in supporting product strategy development and ensuring the effective execution of value propositions for clients and cardholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities, enabling close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of Mastercard proprietary airport lounges (VIP Lounges)
  • Act as the focal point for the Consumer Products team in the management of benefits vendors
  • Ensure quality alignment and delivery standards across benefits partners
  • Contribute to the definition, scope, and ongoing maintenance of the cardholder experience
  • Perform portfolio performance analysis and generate actionable insights
  • Conduct cardholder behavior studies to support strategic decision-making
  • Support the development of business cases and product P&L analyses
  • Manage contracts and payments related to the product area
  • Monitor and control the department budget

  • Required Profile
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and financial metrics
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables

Languages:

  • English required
  • Additional languages a plus
