Team Overview:

The Value Enablement and Optimization (VEO) team, part of Mastercard Services Strategy and Operations organization, plays a critical role in driving value‑based pricing, sales effectiveness, and customer success. The team partners closely with product, sales, and customer success stakeholders to articulate, quantify, and realize customer value. It builds and maintains a suite of ROI and value‑measurement frameworks and calculators across Mastercard Services to support commercial decision-making, value‑led selling, and post‑sales value tracking."

Role Summary:

The SVQ Program Manager is responsible for running the end-to-end operating rhythm of Services Value Quantification (SVQ). This role ensures that SVQ functions as one coherent, scaled program across Product, Platform, Analytics, Enablement, and GTM—not as disconnected initiatives.

Working closely with the SVQ Product Manager, this role translates product vision and priorities into a disciplined execution system: coordinating workstreams, establishing cadence, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent delivery, adoption, and visibility of SVQ across the Services organization.

This is a program of orchestration role (not a pure Project Manager role) and is critical to sustaining SVQ as a leadership-recognized, proof-led growth capability.

Key Responsibilities:

SVQ Program Orchestration & Operating Rhythm:

Own the central SVQ program plan across platform, methodologies, enablement, amplification, and GTM

Establish and run a consistent operating cadence

Ensure all SVQ initiatives run seamlessly

Cross-Team Coordination & Glue Role:

Act as bridge between various squads (both business and technology), leadership and stakeholders

Translate product roadmap into coordinated execution plans

Align on scope, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs

3. Delivery Oversight (Program-Level)

Track progress, risks, and dependencies without micromanagement

Partner with squad leads to resolve issues

Provide executive-ready views of SVQ health

4. Governance, Prioritization & Trade-Off Management

Drive program governance and intake

Support leadership decision-making on trade-offs

Maintain single source of truth for SVQ initiatives

Enablement & Amplification Coordination:

Coordinate newsletters, training, forums, leadership updates & all amplification activities

Align messaging and timelines with product readiness

Institutionalize repeatable SVQ motions

This role focuses on -

Program-level ownership of SVQ execution and cadence

Candidate Profile

Required

Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move fast, & pivot with evolving priorities.

Should be able to influence peers and stakeholders to get things done with complete ownership

Strong program management experience in complex environments

Ability to operate across execution and orchestration

Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders

Structured, accountable, strong follow-through

Experience with similar platform or capability-led programs for internal enablement

Familiar & comfortable with data, analytics and/or payment eco system

Preferably having Program Management background:
