Overview:

The Senior Product Manager – Technical is responsible for managing the improvement of new and existing product features for both our consumer business and our B2B2C business. This role balances frontend and platform product management, owning UX outcomes across direct UI design and API behavior. The PMT works closely with engineering, UX/design, and cross functional partners to deliver intuitive, scalable, and on brand experiences across the Priceless ecosystem while building foundational technical, product, and business fluency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of end to end Priceless capabilities spanning Priceless.com frontend experiences and platform APIs used by internal teams and whitelisted B2B partners

  • Treat APIs as long lived platform products while ensuring the Priceless.com website evolves as a high quality consumer experience

  • Contribute to requirements across frontend features, backend services, APIs, request/response behavior, validations, error handling, and session management

  • Own UX outcomes through both API behavior and direct UI design, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and consistent experiences.

  • Understand how user experiences shape across Priceless.com consumer journeys and whitelisted external B2B partner sites.

  • Define and validate end to end journeys (discovery, eligibility, checkout, payment, confirmation, fulfilment) across UI and APIs.

  • Ensure frontend and API decisions collectively support performance, clarity, error recovery, redirects, callbacks, session lifecycle, and third party handoffs.

  • Partner closely with UX/design and engineering teams to translate journey intent into UI experiences and supporting API contracts.

  • Understand consumers, developers, and B2B partners as distinct customer types and balance UX quality, partner flexibility, and platform consistency.

  • Translate business, UX, and platform needs into engineering ready epics, features, and acceptance criteria.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, and demos; validate outcomes against UX intent, API behavior, and business goals.

  • Continuously monitor feature development at the feature level adjusting throughout implementation and post-launch.

  • Leverage AI assisted product workflows to improve effectiveness (e.g., drafting requirements, analyzing feedback and usage patterns, accelerating discovery and iteration) while applying AI responsibly with awareness of data sensitivity and accuracy.

  • All About You

  • Foundational experience or strong interest in technical product management for platforms, APIs, or digital consumer products.

  • Ability to reason about UX across both frontend UI and backend APIs.

  • Solid understanding of software systems, APIs, and integrations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

  • Experience with consumer facing websites and API driven platforms.
