Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Senior Operations Specialist with French What can you expect?

EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe in order to let our colleagues focus directly on clients. Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities and other. We will count on you to:

• Use your foreign language capabilities on a daily basis to handle documentation received from the insurance brokers

• Use your attention-to-detail skills for data entry in our internal systems

• Open to share your ideas to identify opportunities for improvements

• Communicate with stakeholders

What you need to have:

• Excellent command of spoken and written both English and French (B2)

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience

• Previous experience in the insurance sector and/or SSC and/or customer service area

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues
