What you can expect:

As an experienced specialist within our Fin Pro department, you will provide our Belux clients with solutions related to financial and professional risks such as Directors & Officers Liabilities, Crime, Professional Indemnity, Kidnap & Ransom, Intellectual Property, Fiduciary Liability, etc.

In collaboration with Client Executives, you will prioritize the client's needs and provide proactive advice.

We will count on you to:

• Assess the client's risk factors.
• Clarify their expectations and requirements.
• Establish risk coverages and negotiate them.
• Ensure compliance with procedures.
• Obtain the best offer from insurers, negotiate the appropriate solution for the client, place the coverage, and liaise with our Claims Advisors.
• Stay informed about market and product trends.
• Advise clients on renewals, limit increases, and new contracts.

What you need to have:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility and organizational skills.
• Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.
• Assertiveness, a customer-oriented mindset, and a team spirit.
• Experience in insurance - financial lines.
• Fluency in Dutch and English. (additional French is considered an advantage)
