What You Will Do
As a new joiner at Oliver Wyman, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting problems for large clients worldwide, developing your expertise quickly and making an immediate impact. You'll work alongside senior colleagues and clients, working as one to help to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.
We believe in providing our consultants with the freedom and support they need to succeed in their own way. We provide an apprenticeship model for learning on the job, supplemented by formal training to help you rapidly develop your communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Additionally, around your second year of employment, you will have the opportunity to participate in an optional rotational program. This program allows for a transfer to our Singapore office, or another mutually agreed location, for a duration of 12 months. After completing the rotation, you will return to your base in Tokyo.

- Graduation Eligibility:Senior year students who will be graduating in 2026 and can start employment from July 2026.
- Language requirements: Fluency in English is required for positions in all Oliver Wyman offices;Fluency in Japanese is mandatory forall positions in Tokyo office; Candidates who have learned Japanese must possess a JLPT N1 certification.
