Essential Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including third-party partners.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a curious mindset to identify new business opportunities

Numerate and analytical
-
Educated to Bachelor´s degree level or equivalent
-
Fluency in Norwegian and English
-
Business-level competency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, but also ability and interest in learning new systems and tools since we
embrace technological change
-
Excellent presentation skills
-
Previous experience from the FMCG-business is a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships outside the grocery channel, which will drive mutual growth through price negotiations, assortment
and campaign recommendations based on trends and customer needs and strategies
-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels (develop strategic plans) to increase Mars Pet Nutrition sales
-
Responsible for each customers P&L and forecast
-
Presenting strategic plans both internally and externally to customers
-
Coordinating activities and communication between internal KAMs/KAM-support and external third-party field force, including tracking of KPIs and follow
through
