Job Description: What are we looking for?
1.食品科学，微生物学，生物工厂等本科及以上学历
2.熟悉食品微生物学、食品化学、分析化学、微生物检验的基本知识和操作方法
3.熟悉食品工厂微生物实验室的相关检测，及实验室的基本规范
4.具备基本的微生物实验、化学实验的实践操作能力
5.具备良好的沟通协调能力和组织协调能力，能够作为实验室的窗口支持业务部门的需求
Better to have
1.2年以上食品企业微生物检测经验
2.有食品工厂实验室管理或体系维护等的工作经验
What will be your key responsibilities?
1.负责微生物实验室的检测工作，确保检测数据准确合规
2.负责微生物实验室的日常运营和体系等的管理及持续优化
3.对检测数据进行趋势分析，识别潜在风险
4.参与实验室技术升级，如引入新的检测方法，检测效率优化等
