Job Description:

1、Collaborate closely with the account team to develop a clear customized pipeline based on h/s customers' strategies .

2、Leverage in-depth business data analysis and customer insights to identify business opportunities in customized products, whether through agile copack or customized pack in PMR cycle.

3、Fully participate in entire process from concept creation to launch for agile copack, while ensuring total cost are controlled within the budget.

4、Regularly review with functional teams, drive the transition of agile copack with good sales performance to transfer to customized pack in PMR cycle.
