职位描述：

顾客服务与体验管理：秉持“顾客为先”的态度，以“乐趣”为核心，在高流量时段仍能保持专注，高效完成收银操作，主动介绍产品并提供个性化服务与建议，为顾客提供难忘的互动体验；
-
门店运营维护：严格执行运营标准与操作规程，保持店面环境整洁有序，确保陈列展示符合标准，支持库存管理与后 台操作，处理现金及技术设备基本问题；
-
品牌形象展示：代表M&M'S品牌精神，积极与顾客交流，有时可能需要扮演我们的经典角色，将品牌的欢乐与活力生动展现。
-
同事关系与团队协作：支持营造一个有趣且包容的环境，让同事在工作中能够舒适地做真实、本色的自己，指导并帮助新同事，认可并践行玛氏价值观与文化理念，保持团队良好沟通与协作。
-
业务执行与合规保障：执行销售策略，支持业务增长目标，协助完成日常销售报表和现金管理报告，严格遵守公司政策、食品安全规定及当地法规。

完成领导团队指派的其他职责。
职位要求：

具备5年及以上零售业或快节奏环境工作经验者优先
-
乐于学习与成长，并能以开放的心态接受反馈；

愿意在伴有音乐和灯光的活跃环境中工作，能适应多变的工作节奏；

具备出色的服务意识，能主动融入团队，并在需要时迅速提供支持；
