Job Description:

核心职责​:

线下C端活动

  • 活动全周期管理:主导全国范围内超30场线下C端活动的全流程落地,包括目标设定、预算规划、流程设计、资源统筹及风险预案制定。
  • 多方协同与现场管控:作为核心接口人,高效对接内部及外部资源,确保活动目标对齐;活动现场负责统筹执行,保障体验流畅性与安全性。
  • 效果复盘与迭代:活动后输出数据复盘报告,提炼可复用经验,优化后续活动SOP,提升单场效率与区域适配性。
    微信内容运营 内容策划- 负责微信公众号、视频号及私域社群的内容策划,基于对宠物主需求的深度理解,挖掘真实场景,结合品牌战役、宠物养护干货、品牌价值观,独立策划选题并撰写高质量内容,确保内容有温度、有共鸣。
  • 私域运营:搭建多场景社群矩阵,按人群标签定制策略;跨渠道引流,设计分层互动提升活跃度,引导回流电商复购/线下服务,形成“引流-互动-转化-复访”闭环。
  • 数据驱动:监测活动/社群/投放数据,输出复盘报告,基于数据迭代策略。

任职要求​:

  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒等相关专业优先;
  • 4年以上品牌营销经验,侧重活动策划执行、内容运营或CRM运营,具备以下经验为加分项: 中大型线下活动(单场200人+)或全国性活动(年度20场+)策划执行经验;
  • 多场景社群搭建、人群分层运营、跨渠道引流闭环实操经验; 活动/运营/投放数据分析经验,能基于数据输出优化策略;
  • 沟通与应变:强沟通协调能力,能独立对接内外部多方资源,灵活处理活动现场突发问题;
  • 宠物行业热情与养宠经验:宠物爱好者,有实际养宠经历,对宠物行为、养护知识、宠物主情感需求有深刻理解,能将个人经验转化为真实打动人的内容。
