Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Champion Petfoods business on TDI (Tmall Direct Import)

• Develop business strategies and annual investment plans to drive business growth and achieve budget targets

• Lead business initiatives with innovative sales programming, compelling sales presentations, and product development

• Collaborate with distributors on traffic management, sales operations, value chain management, and campaign & promotion management

• Provide leadership, training, and sales coaching to distributor e-commerce sales representatives

• Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with distributors and platforms

• Gather market intelligence from distributors, retailers, and industry sources, report on product performance, competitor activities, and industry trends

• Lead business-related projects; assess market potential and distributor capabilities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 6 years' experience in e-commerce/cross-border e-commerce within the pet food or related industry; experience with 0-to-1 business development preferred

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products, competitors, customers, and market activities; effectively communicate insights in business planning meetings

• Knowledge of cost analysis, financial management, and budgeting techniques

• Results-oriented with demonstrated business acumen in goal setting, budgeting, reporting, and analytical abilities to assess and interpret business results

• Strong mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volumes, etc.; ability to manage both abstract and concrete variables

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated sales professional with strong interpersonal skills

• Deep industry and product knowledge; operates with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and sustain successful business relationships both internally and externally • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Mandarin, strong active listening skills and collaborative work style

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.
