WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Product Line Manager in the GC Regional Product Creation team for Converse brand.
The focus of this role is creating inspiring product on a faster timeline and to serve consumers of Greater China that can lead to create hyperlocal impact through deep consumer, community and influencer insights. This person will need to have a great understanding of Converse footwear across lifestyle and performance, trends in color, graphics, material and be the pulse for style, trend and storytelling that local consumers are seeking. Meanwhile, he/she will also lead to creating new franchise opportunities in shorten lead timeline that enables the most comprehensive storytelling for our projects.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
The Product Line Manager for Converse Regional Product Creation will be responsible for the local creation assortment, Colour, Graphics and Materials focusing on key Sportswear products for footwear.
This role is responsible for supporting the vision for Converse GC team through a hyperlocal lens and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mind space of GC consumers and understand how to serve them, apply insights from the best representatives of GC consumers and make impact through coveted product. You will work with a broader TRIAD team from across Design and Development and close partners with our merch and brand team as well as your global product & merchandising partners to understand & fuel franchise and marketplace strategies. You will monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market. You'll ensure the accuracy of information in Converse brand internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings at a regular cadence.
Product Line Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute seasonal product briefs aligned with Converse brand vision and GC business goals.
- Lead the product creation process from concept to commercialization, ensuring consumer relevance and business impact.
- Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development to deliver compelling, trend-right assortments.
Consumer & Market Insights:
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, sell-through data and retail feedback to inform product decisions.
- Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to drive innovation and differentiation in the GC market.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with global and GC teams to ensure alignment and integration of GC-specific needs into global product strategies.
- Influence and guide internal stakeholders through clear communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, Brand teammates and Channel teammates to create industry leading footwear with compelling & impactful stories.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in FTW product management, merchandising, or category strategy.
- Proven ability to translate consumer insights into innovative and commercially successful product solutions.
- Deep understanding of FTW creation, product storytelling, and trend forecasting.
- Proven track record of displaying strong business acuity & strategic decision making

- Ability to tell compelling stories
- Strategic thinking, product line management and franchise management experience, with ability to drive solid X-functional plans.

- Strong organizational & influencing skills
- Ability to travel 20% (domestic and international).
