Based onsite Asquith, fixed day shift – 4-day work week

We’re seeking motivated Operators to join our Production Team, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality products enjoyed by millions. You’ll work a fixed shift pattern across a 4-day work week, giving you more time outside of work.
What you’ll do:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure products meet Mars’ quality and safety standards.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Complete clear shift handovers and plan ahead for schedule changes.
-
Work collaboratively to achieve team production targets.
