In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Pre-assembly of components and products according to work instructions.

• Construction and configuration of customer-specific analysers
• Installation of sub-assemblies into analyzer housings.
• Installations of electronic components following ESD safety
• Establishing gas connections (e.g. tubing/piping)
• Manufacturing electrical connections
• Support with the long-term and temperature tests.
• Performance verifications of analyzers
• Creation of appropriate documentation
• Preparing equipment for shipment

Who You Are: This role requires an individual who is able to work on own initiative, with excellent attention to detail and can communication effectively. You quickly act in fact-changing, unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet to help understand business goals. You build and implement plans that prioritise accurately and find common ground and acceptable alternatives that satisfy the needs of multiple partners. You accurately complete assignments when working with peers, supervisors and customers to achieve Company objectives.
For This Role, You Will Need:- Experience of adhering to health & safety regulations

• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven work with diagrams and schematics
• IT skills, Office 365

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience of working in a gas analysis technology

• HNC/HND in science or technical subject, with practical manufacturing experience and/or experience of analytical instrumentation.
