We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Logistics & Services Procurement organisation, based in Aarhus, Denmark, with primary responsibility for the Nordics. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, driving category strategy, sourcing excellence, and supplier performance while supporting Maersk’s commercial and sustainability ambitions in a highly international environment.

We are looking for

A commercially strong and experienced Procurement professional who thrives in complex, matrix organisations. You are comfortable balancing strategy with execution, building long‑term supplier relationships, and engaging stakeholders across functions and cultures. You bring structure, resilience, and a strong value‑creation mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles
  • Proven experience with category strategy development and end‑to‑end sourcing
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder‑management, and commercial skills
  • Experience managing supplier performance, contracts, and governance
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a matrix organisation
  • Fluency in Danish and English required; Swedish is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems
