Global Control Tower Manager at Maersk
About the role
We are looking for a Global Control Tower Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a complex, high-impact supply chain operation for one of our largest strategic customers.
This is not just an operational role—it is a leadership position at the heart of decision-making, where you will orchestrate global flows, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
As Global Control Tower Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional control tower team, setting clear direction, priorities, and performance expectations
- Act as the single point of orchestration across regions, functions, and stakeholders
- Drive proactive decision-making using data, insights, and strong business judgment
- Own end-to-end visibility and execution across the supply chain
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders and customer leadership, ensuring transparency and trust

Strong Leadership & People Skills (Core Focus)
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in complex, global environments
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop talent, driving both engagement and results
- Strong decision-making capabilities under pressure
- Confident stakeholder communicator—able to influence at all levels
- High level of ownership and accountability Operational & Strategic Capabilities
- Solid experience within Supply Chain Management / Control Tower / Logistics operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows and dependencies
- Experience with performance management, KPI frameworks, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working with data-driven insights and digital tools
