About the role

We are looking for an execution‑focused People Analytics Partner to support Commercial, Regions, and the People Function in end‑to‑end ownership of people analytics delivery. You will partner closely with senior leaders (up to CEO-2 level) to turn business questions into actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making in a dynamic, global environment.

This is a high-impact role with real accountability and visibility. You will own the full cycle from problem framing to insight delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary People Analytics Partner for Commercial and Regional stakeholders, owning the full cycle from problem framing to insight delivery and stakeholder influence.

  • Deliver and evolve core products and priority initiatives for the People Leadership Team (PLT), including Operational Performance Reviews (OPR), Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), scorecards, succession heat maps, and bowler charts.

  • Drive data-driven decision making through hands-on analysis, complex reporting, and consulting on data solutions and automation.

  • Work closely with the developer team to ensure fast, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of our data model and tools.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with PLT members and their teams while maintaining a clear focus on high-impact priorities.

  • Contribute to broader team initiatives, process consolidation, and people analytics capability building.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong business partnering skills – ability to quickly understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, impactful analytics deliverables.

  • Solid technical capability (advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL preferred).

  • High ownership mindset – you proactively drive outcomes and take full accountability for your areas.

  • Strongly experienced in stakeholder management and clear and effective communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and can deliver under pressure.

  • Preferred/plus skills: experience with advanced statistical analysis or more complex modelling, broader business analytics experience (not limited to people analytics).

We Offer

  • Direct exposure to senior PLT stakeholders.

  • Ownership of critical people analytics areas with high visibility and organisational impact.

  • Opportunity to shape People Analytics delivery in a large global organisation.
